The handle part doesn't have a rough texture, so other than being slippery, it's no different from the existing product I use, which is good.
Some have slightly more strength, so I think the exercise effect is better.
Although the slippery surface and overall finish are slightly disappointing, considering the large price difference and better exercise efficiency, this is a product I would consider purchasing at least once.
It's light and affordable, but it's really great for abdominal exercises.
